Glamour is Everywhere

In this urban world,we are surrounded by many images ,we may remember or forget these images for a moment they stimulate our imagination. The images are the language of words and images which calls out to us they come with us every where .we take them away in our minds and we see them in our minds and interpret them in our words.

Publicity persuade us and it is what we called the consumer society. In other words you can say that publicity persuade us by showing people who have apparently been transformed and as a result , enviable. The state of being envied is what we called glamour. Glamour  is for everyone who believes they can be glamorous because it works through the eye and the mirror.Everybody who find himself that he can’t afford not to be glamorous . For example A large country house turned into a public park.

Glamour is new society like oil painting and the publicity bill boards and images we think of one as fine arts and the other as commerce . Sometimes, publicity impersonate a painting and are used to give prestige to a publicity screen .

Oil painting was device of creating atmosphere, pleasure, objects, poses, symbols of prestige, gestures, signs of love . It is a medium in order to surrender on canvas but now a days colour photography performs a similar role .

Publicity and oil painting use many of the same references. Oil painting showed what the owner was enjoying among his possession and his way of life . It began with facts ,the facts of life.It integrated in his own sense and in his own values.

Publicity is different it appeals the person and to a way of life we desire to but have not yet achieved .It attract us that if we buy what it is offering, our life will be different. It also works on our anxieties about money.Publicity both promise and threatens ,it plays upon fear. The fear of not being aspired .

In this world everyone is surrounded by what give us pleasure but it is you who bring the greatest pleasure of all,its within you.

Starting from the European era oil painting tradition is now ended by us looking at publicity images or bill boards today but i believe that in these images still the European era tradition is alive and it is judged against our own experience what we see and what have shown to us.
